Our Birmingham office is looking for a Document Controller to join our expanding team of dedicated specialists on a range of prestigious projects.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Document Control, knowledge of VfP, Asite and SharePoint is an advantage. The role will include managing the flow of project documentation, assisting the architectural teams, and digital production efforts. Duties will include uploading information onto document management systems or extranets, distributing incoming information to relevant parties, and quality assurance checking for accuracy of information.
You must have excellent attention to detail, possess the ability to work without supervision, and to short deadlines. You will be an enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on being organised and have a collaborative approach to tasks.
You will need to be computer literate, with strong written and oral communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone, with internal and external parties. Applicants with relevant and suitable experience are welcome to apply for the vacancy.
