As Executive PA you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to our Senior Partner and another Birmingham-based Partner.
This is a crucial client-facing and interesting role for the right candidate.

The role also encompasses work relating to other non-executive roles held by the Senior Partner, which requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
You will be able to communicate effectively internally and externally.
You will need to have strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
You will be IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office 365.
Being proactive and having a can-do attitude are essential in this role.
This role would suit a professional PA with experience providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to a CEO/MD in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience requirements:
|Experience at Executive PA senior level
(5+ years minimum)
|NVQ Level 5 in business administration or equivalent||Understanding of the AEC or creative industries|
|Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to have a positive influence on others||Strategic thinking, both internally and externally, an awareness of the ‘big picture’ and looking ahead|
|Excellent time management and organisation skills||Previous managerial experience|
|Pro-active, exceptionally well organised and able to prioritise|
|Strong attention to detail; takes pride in delivering work to high standards|
|Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously|
|Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)|
