We have a number of new exciting projects kicking off in 2021 and we’re seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician who can assist our IT Manager and grow within the practice.
The position is based in Birmingham however there may be occasions when you are required to travel to our London office.If you want to work in an award-winning practice, then read on.
Skill requirements include:
University degree in IT related subject or IT related professional certification
1-2 Years’ experience in similar role
Troubleshooting / maintaining servers and workstations
First line support and Call logging
Microsoft Windows platforms, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2019
Networking and virtualisation technologies
MAC OS and Apple iOS
