As Personal Assistant you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to three of our Birmingham-based Partners.
This is a crucial client-facing and interesting role for the right candidate. You will be experienced, extremely well organised with natural interpersonal skills.
The role also encompasses work relating to other non-executive roles held by the Partners, which requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
You will be able to communicate effectively internally and externally.
You will need to have strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
You will be IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office 365.
Being proactive and having a can-do attitude are essential in this role.
This role would suit a professional PA with experience providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to a CEO/MD in a fast-paced environment.

Normal hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm (with 1 hour lunch)
