The building has transformed Lanchester & Lodge’s pioneering 1930s Queen Elizabeth Hospital building, creating clinical facilities that form the core of the city council’s Life Sciences Campus.

The project offers a strong identity for the ITM and provides serviced sites and accommodation for life and health sciences-related businesses as well as, crucially, a café hub and break-out spaces that fosters interaction and support high-quality clinical design trials.
