Growing talent and developing our future leaders is a big part of what we do.
Many of our talented team have grown with us over the life of the practice so we are delighted to announce a number of promotions and appointments including ten Directors, four Associates, six Senior Architects, four Heads of Department and several other significant promotions across the practice including ten newly qualified architects.
To underpin our quality and effectiveness we have appointed Robert Bray as our new Chief Operating Officer. Robert was previously Chief Executive of Edgbaston Priory Club, (and a client of GHA) where over the last 14 years he has transformed the organisation into an internationally renowned sports club. At GHA Robert will be working with our team to develop a plan of what we need to focus on in the short, medium and longer term.
